OUR PROCESS & WHY
At I.E. Design & Stage the first step in getting your home or property ready to list is to schedule a one on one onsite consult. We call
this a walk-thru. During your walk-thru we will discuss our thoughts and ideas and listen to your needs and desires. After your walk-thru we customize a design plan that incorporates your desired scope of work and generate a proposal.
Your staging isn't continent upon square footage or listing price but rather on the number of furnishings that we will place in your
space to create a cohesive look. Once you’ve made the decision to stage we will set your date and begin to pull times in our warehouse. Our team sets up each room including accessories. We then pack up your job and our team of in house movers loads our truck to
deliver to the job site.
Once we arrive, our movers carefully and respectfully place the large pieces in the home. While our team of designers get busy pulling the design plan together on site. As the home’s look comes together we put our final touches on your property laving it photo ready. Once your home has sold we promptly schedule a date (we call this a “de-stage”). We pull the furniture and accessories leaving your home in the condition we found it.
